Is Protective Life Insurance a good company?

Let’s take a look and see what they have to offer. First, let me point out that Protective Life is an A.M. Best “A+” rated company, so they are financially strong, which is, of course, very important. Next, let’s check their rates. I’ve run some comparisons using our life insurance rates calculator and I am finding that Protective is competitive. They aren’t the least expensive, but they come close for a lot of comparisons that I ran (different ages, health class, etc.). Finally, they offer a wide range of products, from basic level term insurance to whole life and universal life. All in all, I’d say they are a pretty good company.
